This prevents the daily hassles of commuting for the owners.
These are centrally located properties with better infrastructure, so they command higher rates. They also have a high rental yield and good appreciation.
The further we move outside the central location of any city the rates reduce. The current rental yield is also lower in these areas due to the developing infrastructure. These properties command high prospects in rate appreciation as compared to the centrally located ones.
Although, the further outside we go the rates decrease and the chances of appreciation increase but the risk factor also increases. So, we can say the distance from the city & property prices are directly proportional. But there is no guarantee of appreciation as infrastructure development & growth is probable.
One must always invest wisely & in consultation with the best real estate consultant to avoid such risks.
