- Compares the projects: After chalking down all the projects available in the area, the consultant will compare them. Followed by the shortlisting of the best projects among them.
- Presentation: He only showcases the best projects matching the buyer’s needs. This saves time & energy & also gives better results.
- Completes the deal: He not only suggests the best property but also executes the entire deal. He takes care of the project right from procuring to financing to handover.
- Manages the investment: His role is not over to the purchase transaction. He also manages the investment on your behalf from time to time. He assists you in leasing & resale as well.
