Aki: Relax sweetheart! Stop cursing those poor fellows. Anyways, I am talking about professional brokers.
Nikki: And what’s the difference between your kind of brokers and mine.
Aki: Professional brokers are the registered ones. It’s not their pass time or source of additional income.
Nikki: I don’t believe you. I think so its just a waste of time with a bunch of fools, who want to enjoy free money.
Aki: Hey chill! I don’t think so there is any harm in meeting them.
Nikki: Do you really think we should ask a BROKER to find a premium flat for us.
Aki: Listen, I would just like to say there is no harm in meeting someone. I know a someone through a common friend & he is a professional property consultant. I think so we should meet him once. Anyways, your aunt is not able to help us, so its better we take someone else’s assistance, who is an expert on this subject.
Nikki: Alright, if you say so. But remember, I am not going to shell out a single penny if I don’t like him. And…he better be professional.
Aki: How about calling him over to our place this Sunday?
Nikki: Sounds okay to me. But ask him to come over at 10am sharp. I just don’t intend spoil my Sunday!
