Like most of us, Aki & Nikki came to the ‘Oxford of the East – Pune’ empty handed. Today, due to their determination, they own a dream home and office in one the fastest growing cities of the country.

Nikki: Hello Mr. Landlord, what are you upto today?
Aki: Hi Mrs. Landlord…just relaxing !!
Nikki: How come the investor is not upto something? That’s not possible.
Aki: Well some noble person told me that intermittently one should hold and analyse before investing further.
Nikki: Ya of course. That’s a very good idea. Atleast for sometime we can walk now as we have been just running since we came to this city.
Aki: Yes walk but not stop. Anyways I am thinking about something that should make you happy.
Nikki: OMG… “Aaj Suraj kaha se nikala”
Aki: Stop teasing me dear. Well I am thinking of moving to a premium society to fulfill your dreams.
Nikki: Seriously… Am I dreaming…I am already feeling like dancing…I am on top of the world.
But wait…how will we manage the funds? Koi Kuber ka khazana hath lag gaya kya?
Aki: Hmm..I am thinking on moving on rent.
Nikki: Are you nuts? You have gone out of your mind. After living in a rented apartment for years, we finally have our own home and now you want me leave my home and shift to a rented apartment again?
Aki: But you wanted a high lifestyle.
Nikki: Ya… But I want my own house. How come you are propogating something which is against your philosophies?
Aki: Ok so if you don’t want it, lets forget it.
Nikki: I didn’t say that. I thought as usual you will convince me. Lets atleast discuss about it. Why don’t you explain me the pros and cons. What do you have in mind?
Aki: Well… I will but not now as my stomach is craving for a chocolate icecream. Lets go out for a drive.
Nikki: This is not fair Aki. You are going to give me sleepless nights for now!
